Family Picnic at TIS, 5:30 p.m. | Simchat Torah Celebration, 6:15 p.m.
Come and share one of the most joyous holiday celebrations of the year as we conclude the annual cycle of reading the Torah. At the end of our time together, as is our TIS tradition, participants will receive an apple and a chocolate bar!
Family Picnic, 5:30 p.m.
Bring your TIS picnic blanket or lawn chairs, and a picnic dinner (dairy or pareve), to enjoy. We’ll gather in the cul-de-sac and area by the playground at TIS. This will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a casual family gathering perfect for children of all ages.
Simchat Torah Celebration, 6:15 p.m.
Our celebration will take place outdoors, in the cul-de-sac. We’ll have music, dancing, and hakafot (Torah processions). The evening will end early so that all ages can enjoy the full festivities.
For those unable to join us in person, we invite you to join us on Zoom. Click here to join the celebration.
Unless eating, everyone over the age of 2 years old will need to wear a mask. Please note, there is always a risk associated with attending any in-person service or event.
