Midrash Stories – 6/9, 16 & 23

Thursdays, June 9th, 16th, and 23rd, 6:30 p.m.

Midrash is a Hebrew word that means "to search." The oral tradition was started in the early centuries of the first millennium by rabbis who taught Bible lessons by creating mythical stories based on their interpretations of the texts.

Cantor Hanan Leberman invites you to join him at TIS for 45 minutes of storytelling taking place just prior to Niggun and Nosh. Please note, for these three weeks Niggun and Nosh will take place at TIS.

While we hope you’ll attend both programs, you are welcome to attend one or the other as well.

Please note, there is always a risk of contracting Covid associated with attending any in-person service or event.

Don't miss out! Stay up to date with the latest happenings at our synagogue.
