Get back to the sights and sounds of the 1960’s as Jonathan Lightman takes us on a Magical Mystery Tour of the Jews that interacted with The Beatles. While you may know that their manager, Brian Epstein, was Jewish, the Fab Four’s connection to our people ran much deeper. Enjoy the band you know, the music you love, and meet the Jews who helped make it possible.

Although the event is complimentary, your donation will help to support this and future programs. Suggested donation, $18 per household, or whatever you choose. Click here to make your contribution. Be sure to check “other” in the comments box and indicate The Beatles.

Come Together Right Now and Join Us on Sunday, January 17th at 6:50 p.m.!

Click here to join us on Zoom. This program will not be recorded.

Bonus Tracks and Name That Tune at 6:50 p.m.

If you would like some additional time to hear a few “bonus tracks,” join us at 6:50 p.m. We’ll also have a few rounds of Name that Tune! Bring your favorite Beatles memorabilia, garb, etc. to share with us during this time as well. Our program will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Meet Jonathan Lightman

An attorney by training, lobbyist, association executive, and nonprofit consultant by profession, Jonathan has served as Chair of the JCRC, President and Gabbai Rishon of Mosaic Law, and Chair of the USCJ Shoshana Cardin Awards Committee. A native of Los Angeles, Jonathan grew up with a love of classic rock, baseball, and all things Jewish. He and his wife, Janis, have lived in Sacramento since 1988 where they raised their two sons, Ari and Noah, and are now often seen with their Mini Bernedoodle, Flash.
