So You Want to Know More About Judaism

Taught by Rabbi Josh Dorsch, the series is intended to introduce, or re-introduce, people to Judaism. Participants will delve into topics about the Jewish calendar, life-cycle, ethics, textual tradition, and ways in which Judaism can address modern questions.
Some topics include: Jewish Holidays; the real differences between Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform Judaism; Who is a Jew; What is the Torah vs The Bible vs The Talmud; Prayer; What is Happening in the Sanctuary on Shabbat, and more.
Classes will be held in the Goodman chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon on select Sundays. A complete list of class dates can be found below.

Cost: Suggested Donation of $72 to the Rabbi Discretionary Fund per participant. There will be modest costs for materials, with additional material for those on the conversion tract. Please RSVP to the office. Please RSVP to our office, by email or phone, and let them know you plan to join us.
