I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our members and visitors to Tifereth Israel for the High Holy Days, our first with our new Rabbi, Rabbi Joshua Dorsch. If you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting him, take a moment to learn more about him here. We are also pleased to welcome Cantor Hanan Leberman, who will be joining us from Israel. Learn more about Chazan Leberman here. Together, Rabbi Dorsch and Cantor Leberman will be leading meaningful, thought provoking, and moving services. I look forward to sharing them with you.
This season offers us an important opportunity for reconnection, celebration, and reflection. My wish is that we share these opportunities together, as a synagogue family.
Just for fun, some members of our TIS staff, along with Rabbi Dorsch, and myself, have a special and timely message for you.
I’m very much looking forward to greeting you throughout the High Holy Days. Please do come and introduce yourself to me if we haven’t yet met!
On behalf of the entire TIS staff and our Board of Directors I want to wish each and every one of you a meaningful and uplifting New Year filled with good health and much happiness.
Shana Tova,
Seth Krosner
President
